Neftaly 28 January 2026 Clarification on Course Approval Process by Neftaly Chief Chancellor Jeffrey Motapina
To the CEO of Neftaly Neftaly Malatjie, the Chairperson of the Neftaly Royal committee, Mr Legodi, Neftaly Royal Committee Members, all Neftaly Royal Chiefs and Neftaly Human capital
Could we please have clarity on how to proceed with course approvals? We are currently waiting for courses to be approved by the Marketing department; however, the individuals responsible for approvals are not available. This has resulted in delays to the start of classes.
To avoid further delays, could we consider assigning someone to approve courses after they have been booked when the designated approvers are unavailable?
Your guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
My message shall end here.
