- Use the documentation as an internal knowledge-sharing tool and onboarding resource.
- Target Audience:
- Neftaly instructional designers, content developers, facilitators, quality assurance teams, and new staff.
2. Outline the Content Creation Journey
- Process Mapping:
- Break down the content creation journey into key phases such as:
- Needs analysis
- Curriculum design
- Content writing
- Review and QA
- Platform integration

- For each phase, describe objectives, workflows, tools used, roles involved, and timelines.
