I conducted the face to face session based on the program of skills to succeed academy, secondly I trained the students based on the module called create your cv/ resume.

4. Training Methodology

Students participated and focused on the module that we were doing.

Topic 1 – Defined the heading module

Topic 2 – Briefly discussed and explained the heading of the module

Topic 3 – Its purpose and usage

Topic 4- Read different character stories who mentioned on the module.

Topic 5 – Reviewed different samples of CVs

Topic 6 – Matching columns questions

Topic 7 – What goes to each section

Topic 8 – Why its important to review your CVs

Topic 9 –  Quiz questions

Topic 10 – Survey questions

Topic 11 – Students they asked questions

Topic 12 – As the facilitator I summarized the whole module.

6. Learning Outcomes

Students participated, few students who understood the topics of the module

7. Feedback Summary

Some of the students did participated on the topics of the module, students managed to answer the frequently asked questions on the session, only few were participating.
