The purpose of the meeting was to discuss and address the challenges currently faced within the Education department and to identify areas that require improvement.
- Challenges Discussed
4.1 Non-Submission of Reports
Some Education team members are not submitting their reports as required. In addition, daily tasks agreed upon during the Daily Planning Meeting are not always completed, and some reports are not being approved .4.2 System Access Issues
At times, the Education system takes a long time to open or load, which delays work processes.
New student profiles take longer than expected to open on the system.
4.3 Event Access Challenges
The team reported difficulties accessing the scheduled event for the day on the system.- Way Forward
The challenges highlighted will be escalated for further attention. Improved accountability, system monitoring, and follow-up on report submissions were emphasized as necessary steps to improve operations within the Education department.
